Different Login credentials for Zoho Mail and Zoho One
If someone is looking to share access to their email account with an assistant, they want to know if they can use different Login credentials for Zoho Mail and Zoho One.
Zoho One is utilizes SSO, single sign-on, so that you use one login for each of the apps in the software suite. So it is not possible to have different logins for each app.
That would also mean multiple people could access different apps under the 1 employee user license.
A workaround for this scenario is to set up your Zoho Mail access as an IMAP in another mail application like Outlook, Gmail, or any other mail application that accepts IMAP.
Someone else, like an assistant can then access all the same folders and emails as your Zoho Mail.
